I have two boats, one for backwater trips and another for nearshore ocean trips.
For backwater trips, I have a 2010 19 ft. G3. This boat is great for fishing the shallow backwaters around marshes and creeks. It is very light, only draws about 6 inches of water and is very easy to pole. She is powered by a 2007 90hp. Yamaha 4stroke. This boat is equipped with a trolling motor, Garmin electronics, casting platform, live well, and is very easy to walk around. She is great for 2 anglers but can handle up to 3.

My nearshore boat is a 23', 2003 Tritan Sea Hunt powered by a 2003, 200hp Yamaha four stroke. She is equipped with Raymarine electronics (GPS & Depth Sonar), t-top with curtains, porta potty, 35 gal. livewell, and many other accessories. This boat is great for 2-4 people fishing for the day around the inlets, Cape Lookout, and wrecks. I also have a NC blanket license so you don't need to buy a fishing license.
